Patient Pre-Screening And Referring

Serva Health is an expert at crafting pre-screening questionnaires and FAQs used by our call center and study websites. Our nurses take potential patients and caregivers through the screener and enter all data into our platform or yours. Those who successfully prequalify are referred to investigative sites.

Our nurses also conduct a secondary screening of those potential patients who pass a preliminary pre-screener or are supplied through a database.
Complex Referral Management And Support

Study protocols continue to get more complex, requiring more involvement from patients. Serva Health reduces that burden on patients by scheduling and guiding patients for any additional activities such as lab tests or genetic tests. This service is especially important for studies of rare diseases in which each patient is crucial.

Medical Records Retrieval

Serva Health has developed a program in which patients’ existing medical records can be obtained efficiently and securely in order to more thoroughly pre-screen the patient and send through to sites only the most eligible candidates. Our nurses are experts at getting through to HCPs to obtain medical records.

These records can be reviewed by our nurses for study eligibility or immediately provided to the appropriate investigative site.

Pre-Referral Test And Lab Scheduling
